    Each Session is a Live Video Conference (We need you to be able to see us and we need to be able to see you. We will send you a link to the conference)

    Interactive Sessions are custom designed based on your Injury Mapping Session, Your Total Body Assessment and Your Goals.

    Each Session is structured to provide guided instruction to teach you how to heal while you play.

    We will teach you our Prompting Techniques as well as our Interactive Training model. These are skills you can apply to both exercise and sport.

    Our initial sessions focus on you areas of injury and correcting the root cause.

    Our Clinician/Health and Performance Coach will utilize a live model to demonstrate exercises or movements. This provides a clear guide to help you learn how to adapt a movement or exercise to you.

    Sessions are recorded. This allows you to review and reinforce the techniques learned in each session. The techniques work best if you do them! You also learn to adapt them to you

    We recommend you commit to 2-3 sessions a week for 6 weeks. This lays the foundation to heal your body while you perform the activities you love.
